ACLU and Heller

Kaimi on what the ACLU is going to do with Heller. I don’t think the ACLU was ever about pure constitutionality. They always had a set of right they valued above others. And frankly there’s nothing wrong with that despite the critics. Why should a group have to focus on what others want them to? Form your own group.
