Science is rational; scientists are not

Science is rational; scientists are not. I think this right. That is science’s power is in terms of the community of knowers. (This was key to C. S. Peirce’s philosophy as well) Also at Frontal Cortex although I’m not sure I’d agree with the Rorty reference.
