Latour vs. Derrida

Latour vs. Derrida conceived of in terms of the individual. “Latour is saying that nothing is singular (irreducible) because it always needs others. Derrida would say everything is singular (irreducible) because it (a thing) needs others.” Of course, as Mike says, things are much more complex. For Derrida the singular isn’t an atomistic singular, for instance.
