Defending the logic of the Trinity. Vallicella plays Richard Cartwright in response. (See Cartwright’s “On the Logical Problem of the Trinity”) Bill’s discussion from Friday is also well worth reading. “I cannot accept or believe a proposition unless I know what it is I am accepting or believing. I can repeat a verbal formula without understanding it, but that is not to accept a proposition.”
