BEAR'S HUMP - ALCOVE

The easiest way to get to the Alcove routes is to walk to the Cameron Highway turnoff. Head up the hillside on the trail to where the switchbacks stop. Head up towards the power pole on a game trail. Cut left and walk through some prickly grass and shrubs to get to the alcove.
