Introduction

This is a popular top roping area that is used to introduce friends to the sport or as a quick after work diversion. It is found along the trail down from the information bureau. It has steep juggy reaches with reasonably solid and friendly rock. Above the main climbs there are three bolts on a ledge just over from the top (watch your step). A long sling is needed to prevent serious rope drag. From here, another two bolt anchor is found to the climber's left. A pair of fixed pins is found further down. In the spring, this is a haven for ticks.
