Bauerman is a relatively straight forward peak to ascend, this, despite a long
approach. The easiest approach is to hike up the Snow Shoe cabin trail from
Red Rock Canyon. Continue past upper Twin Lakes. At the end of the switchbacks,
head east through a thin section of Tamaracks. It is a straightforward hike
to the peak.
