While glancing through some old posts of mine on alt.postmodern I came upon a painting I'd mentioned of Mark Tansey. It is Derrida and Paul DeMan dancing near the edge of a cliff. I suspect this was in reference to Derrida's writings on DeMan when some of DeMan's World War II writings came out. Anyway, I found the painting rather interesting on many levels - whether the whole problem of postmodern philosophers and their actions during WWII or simply on the level of what Deconstruction "is."
