Restart the Flash plugin without quitting Safari

Up at MacHints is a tip on how to restart the Flash plugin without quitting Safari. I don’t play flash much – I use ClicktoFlash. Since most of what I use it for are YouTube videos I rarely have crashes. But it’s annoying when they happen. Not quitting Safari would be quite nice.

The shortest method of doing this is typing at the terminal:

killall -9 WebKitPluginHost
