How to build PySide which you kind of need to build the Mathematica like system for Python, on a Mac. (You could also use the X11 QT bindings instead of the Aqua ones)

You seriously misunderstood what PySide is…

Could be – I put the link there as much to come back to install it as anything else. I’ve not had time to go through it. I thought it was the UI that was mentioned at the iPython page. If it’s not I’ll take down that post. (My sideblog is primarily links I find as I browsing or that pop up in my rss feed — as much for me to keep track of them as anything)

Edit: checking things I should have been clearer. The above is required for building qtconsole. But it isn’t qtconsole. I clarified the post above.
